2025

Lion’s Head begins construction of its first Logistics Park in Romania.

2024

Became part of Lion’s Head Investments.

2020

Completed a build-to-suit project for a German pharmaceutical company.

2019

BDP launched the construction of a 15,000 sq.m. logistics building in the heart of BPD Varna, expanding the total built-up area of the Logistics Park to 62,000 sq.m. Celebrated the 15th anniversary of BPD.

2018

  • Registered the BPD trademark.
  • Expanded the portfolio with the establishment of BPD Industrial Real Estate Fund REIT.
  • Launched Phase II of Logistics Park BPD Sofia East, meeting pharmaceutical warehouse standards for the second time with a facility of approximately 4,300 sq.m.
  • Acquired a 30,000 sq.m. property at the entrance of Bozhurishte, adding a new Sofia location — BPD Sofia West.
  • Acquired more than 200,000 sq.m. in Industrial Park Pleven, becoming a 51% owner.
  • Introduced CLOUD services to support BPD’s logistics operations.

2014

Recognized as Investor of the Year for a build-to-suit project for a German automotive company.

2012

Logistics Park BPD Ruse participated in the National Contest “Building of the Year”.

2010

BPD became the sole proprietor of Logistics Park BPD Varna.

2009

Became part of Tavistock Group.

2007

Initiated intensive land development and the construction of industrial, warehouse, and logistics facilities.
Awarded Investor Class A for Logistics Park BPD Varna.
